Gill was a much valued Guider in Lewes and latterly of Lewes Trefoil Guild. I remember Gill as District Commissioner and trainer. She often came to my Guides and Brownies to lead campfire singing, and always made it such fun. Her quiet wisdom and diplomacy made her an ideal chair and then secretary of the Trefoil Guild.I shall always remember sitting with her in the hut making flower fairies with the Brownies on Activity Day at Pickett's Wood.
